All-Inclusive Nurse Delegation/ Case Management services.  By using our Nurse Delegation skills, we aim to be exemplary; we incorporate the care of developmentally disabled adult individuals through evidence-based care plans, engagement techniques, and training.

People with developmental disabilities have the right to direct their lives and services. The DDA partners with people with developmental disabilities to provide support and resources.  This partnership supports the individual in having fulfilling lives.  DDA is committed to appropriate health prevention and health maintenance services for all. Nursing services may be a part of an individual's plan for attaining these goals. Nursing Services are delivered under the delegation and supervision of DDA Registered Nurse Case Manager/Delegating Nurses and are monitored by DDA via Quality Assurance and the Regional Nurses.

In Maryland, an assisted living provider is considered a residential or facility-based provider that provides housing and supportive services, supervision, personalized assistance, health-related services, or a combination of these services to meet the needs of residents served.  Assisted living programs provide a way to care for people who have difficulty living independently but do not need the daily nursing services provided in a nursing home.  Nursing services may be a part of an individual's plan and are delivered under the delegation and supervision of  the Registered Nurse/ Case Manager/Delegating Nurse.
